Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Brooklyn follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I am not identifying myself by name for privacy reasons. I am rating the service based on my experience as a customer: having to return multiple times for the same issue is the reason for my rating. I am grading the quality of the work, not the individuals. I hope this feedback helps you improve your repair processes.

After months of frustration with my Silverado and replacing the transmission four times due to misdiagnoses at other shops, I finally found Kumar and his team — and I knew right away I was in the right place. Not only did they treat me with kindness and respect, but they also took the time to clearly explain everything. Kumar showed me exactly which part of the transmission was damaged and the new one they were installing. None of the other two mechanics who looked at my truck before ever gave me a clear diagnosis — let alone showed me what was actually wrong. Kumar not only told me, he showed me. He and his wife were incredibly helpful throughout the entire day and made sure I understood what was going on with my truck. They are honest, kind, and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop!
